The wine was aged a total of five months in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation thus highlighting the exceptional fresh fruit character of the wine

The bright, fresh flavours of the citrus and juniper give way to the spiciness of the cubeb berries and cardamom, making this an excellent gin & tonic spirit, topped off with a wedge of lime.
