2011 Savagnin wine 'Chill and enjoy on aAn attractive grapey fresh nose, long fresh palate and crisp finish. We planted savagnin for two reasons: its' southern Mediterranean origins promised an ability to cope with the increasingly hot, dry conditions we have experienced at Tabilk, in central Victoria, in recent years. And, most importantly it makes a delicious grapey fresh wine to be enjoyed over the long and languid summer months. Our savagnin has delivered on its' promise, with an
