She works out in a two different bikinis, and there is a lot of posing after each workout station, but the emphasis is on her lifting some repwork and some heavy lifting. In addition, she does an exhaustive 'heavy bag' punching scene before her tape ending interview. Lesa was 5'10" 200 pounds here and in very good condition.
