Fitted bodice has a ruched sheer chiffon overlay and anchored by the mock neck. Wide inset waist band is accented with pretty beading. Back zipper. Cape is cut full and floaty with sheer bishop sleeves that end in elastic. Full skirt falls smooth and full from the natural waist. Fully lined. Amazing dress. Excellent
